Today is a big day! Not only did The Last Light of Day come out exclusively on Amazon (see link below), but I actually told the world what I do! I am proud of myself, but also extremely anxious haha. Here's to moving forward, a spooky Halloween, and many more books to come.
Finally, after months of waiting and last minute tweaks, the cover for The Last Light of Day, coming October 31st, 2023!
Last week was one of the most challenging weeks of my life. I was witness to a lot of things that fundamentally changed me and put my life, my career, and how I approach things into perspective. On top of that, the weather was awful and anything that could've gone wrong, did. It was the complete antithesis to the week before, when I had the most glorious five days off from my 9-5er and wrote 45 pages (!) of the next book. I'm hoping that this new week brings better luck, and the healing passing of time.
To start out on the right foot, I got my manuscript back from my editor! She did some extensive line-editing, and once I go through everything I'm going to give the novel a fine once over and then publish it! I am still on track for my goal publishing date, which I'm extremely excited about.
